Stephanie Bunch

Bio: Public health research and evaluation professional with more than 19 years of experience leading implementation, evaluation, and project management efforts across academic medicine, nonprofit research, and local public health settings. Skilled in multidisciplinary team leadership, mixed-methods evaluation, clinical research operations, tobacco control policy, cancer survivorship research, stakeholder engagement, protocol development, data collection, report writing, and dissemination. Experienced managing federally funded studies and complex grant portfolios focused on tobacco cessation, oncology care delivery, adolescent and young adult cancer survivorship, clinical implementation science, financial hardship, fertility preservation decision support, and health equity. Main academic appointment is within the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, within the Department of Social Sciences and Health Policy within the Division of Public Health Sciences. Beyond my professional roles, I sit on many community groups to elevate community voices and advocate for those who may not have a seat at the table. I am a public health advocate and live by being part of something bigger than ourselves.
