Theresa Addison is the Program Coordinator of HELPS (Healthy Exercise and Lifestyle ProgramS), a medically directed and professionally supervised community exercise program. HELPS works with older adults in developing a healthy and active lifestyle to prevent and/or manage various chronic conditions. 

Theresa is also the exercise physiologist and program coordinator for the on-campus WFU employee wellness programs: Therapeutic Lifestyle Change (TLC) and Healthy Weight for You (HWFU).

Theresa graduated with her Master of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University in 2002 and she completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, which she received from West Chester University in 1999. She is an ACSM certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and has over 25 years of experience with Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
