James Merritt
James Merritt is a Research Assistant in the Department of Health and Exercise Sciences at Wake Forest University. He received his BS degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University and MA degree in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina.
James is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP). Previously, James worked as the lead exercise physiologist at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute’s clinical research laboratory
in Valhalla, NY.
