Are you interested in managing your pain with a physical activity & healthy eating
program delivered 100% at home?

Wake Forest University, Atrium Health and Wake Forest University School of Medicine researchers are conducting a research study called the Mobile Intervention to Reduce Chronic Pain and Improve Health-Ill (MORPH-Ill).

We are looking for ways to help people with chronic pain due to knee or hip
osteoarthritis find a drug-free way to better manage their symptoms through
movement and healthy eating.

Participants may receive an in-home group and individual coaching sessions using study-provided technology plus a free Fitbit activity monitoring watch.
