Anna Martin is currently a Research Assistant with the MORPH-III study, and a Research Interventionist with the BEACON study.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Nutrition from Appalachian State University and recently completed her Master of Science in Nutrition from North Carolina Central University. 

Anna completed her Dietetic Internship in 2024 and is currently preparing for the Registered Dietitian Examination. Her background is in fitness and hospital based wellness and exercise physiology, with a specialization in program development for patients with Parkinson’s Disease and other movement disorders. 

Anna is a North Carolina native, but new to Winston-Salem and is enjoying finding new running trails to explore and coffee shops and bakeries to frequent as she prepares for the RD Exam.
