Bio
Lydia Bailey is the HELPS Program Coordinator in the Department of Health and Exercise Science. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Lydia then earned a Master of Science in Health and Exercise Science here at Wake Forest University in 2022. While obtaining her Masters degree, she held the role of Morning Coordinator in the HELPS program as well as teaching the HES 101 Exercise for Health course offered by the department. Lydia is now working with the HELPS programs on and off campus to implement and support healthy lifestyle changes.
