Abbie received her M.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and is an American College of Sports Medicine Clinical Exercise Specialist. She has served in the HES department on the LIFE-P follow up, SONARE, Wake Seniors, SHARP-P, and I’M FIT studies. She currently serves as the Lead Exercise Interventionist for the LIFE (Lifestyle Interventions and Independence for Elders) Study.
